Don't you just hate it when you buy a DVD that clearly states on the packaging it is playable on all DVD players (Zone 0) and when you get it home it just doesn't play? So you take it back to the shop and change it for the same title, and what happens? You get home pop it in your player and it does not want to play past the introduction. You phone the shop and tell them......they say "We tested the disc in store and it plays perfectly on our player. Maybe it's your player?" You reply that you've just bought the latest Samsung Blu-Ray player that plays zone 0 and zone 2..........all your other DVDs play perfectly...........in the end they let you change it for something else and pay the difference. Well that experience makes me realise that if you explain yourself properly they'll listen.
